I gave in. I caved. I created a blog. (As you can see!)
BUT I did it for several reasons:
One - being across the country from friends and family in the NW and NE, they can now keep up with our happenings on here, and not just through facebook status updates!
Two - I have this habit of talking about my day to myself on my way home from work, and find that I crack myself up, so I call my mom to crack her up and it works! So, if for no one else, I can now crack my mom up in print! And maybe someone else.
Three - I thought it would be fun to document our life... you know, being newlyweds in a strange place we're learning to call home... all the little things we go round and round about.... learning to do this "army life" thing...
So there ya have it. My reasoning. Some of my (I would say "our" but we all know, my loving husband will probably NEVER actually sit down and blog!) posts may be funny. They may be me ranting about our new life. The may be inspirational. Heck, I may even post a recipe or two, cause we all know I love to cook. And do laundry, but that's beside the point. (Maybe I'll give you tips on that...!! Not that I have any...shoot!)
That's all I got for now! I'm sure in about an hour from now, I'll think of something GREAT I want to blog about... but until then....
